    Lincoln cries way too often in this book. I can't think of a single man or even a woman who cries as often as this character.

    I appreciate the fact it's a local setting. However, I found the romance affair to be typical. I enjoyed the suspense with the Algonquin death. I also hope it inspires others to visit their elderly parents. Nice read overall.

    Really good story and great that it s set in Canada, but Lincoln cries too much. If he cried once per book that would be plenty - a sensitive man without it being excessive.
