    Considering the price, this book was extremely short. I suppose that makes sense though because it essentially said nothing at all. This is an absolute perfect example of those in a position to make some positive change simply sitting on the fence. 'Should you run barefoot? You decide'. Thanks tips, I knew it was my decision before I wasted my money. For shame Runner's World, for shame.
  • Barefoot Running and Minimalism

    This is the fourth book that I have read recently on this subject. This one provided the most non-biased information and is by far the most useful for considering taking the plunge to either barefoot or minimalist running. Great job!!!! I highly recommend reading this right after "Born to Run".
