    This book is more than just an insight in to persuasion. Arlene takes you through some great ideologies of the inner self and the little voice that holds you back. I have passed this book on to many people just to help them in their daily struggle. I wish I could recommend this to high schools as required reading. It's an excellent read and an excellent motivator!
