    i have never written a review before, but this is a must. i was in an on/off relationship that was just toxic for both of us in it. but it was always me running back, trying to fix things, even if it wasn't my fault. after the last breakup, i found this book and i just read it every time i felt the urge to go back. even when he begged me to get back together with him, i never did and it's thanks to the epiphanies/realizations i got from reading this. i owe the authors a drink or something. hahaha

    This book was a great help at realizing how unhealthy relationships can get and what we allow ourselves to go through. Greg's straight forward approach is like that brutally honest friend who will tell you what you need to hear. Great advice on how to conquer your inner relationship dilemmas.

    Going through a on and off again relationship is a definite need of this book. I gained a lot of perspectives I wasn't able to see or simply chose to over look. A lot of this book made me cry and some of it gave me several epiphanies. The authors give you stories of themselves and of other experiences you can relate to and to show you, it could've been worse. They build you up to be a confidant, self loving person and remind you that if that other person was able to do what they did - then they didn't deserve you. You will grow a tremendous amount of maturity after reading this book. Over all, a wonderful book I'll always turn to for myself and the people around me.
