    Only a few chapters in and I realized I had to give the low carb lifestyle a chance. After reading this book, I get the feeling that our existing healthcare systems have blinders on. Our healthcare providers owe it to us to stop following all the low-fat dogma and start seriously studying the benefits of a carb restricted diet.
